I love when food is beautiful. I love it more when food is delicious. Case and point? Eating food that offers both is one of the most glorious things a person can experience. Sushi Roku has this down to a science and their Scottsdale location NEVER disappoints. When they expressed interest in catering our engagement party both Erik and I were beyond excited! The restaurant’s executive chef Joseph Castillo took it to another level in designing a menu that was magical, fun…and yes DELICIOUS; see the Engagement Ceviche below. I can’t wait to share more from our party, but in the meantime feast your eyes on the edible art that is distinctly Sushi Roku.
