Maple & Ash Scottsdale delivers a spectacular dining experience, whether you opt for the I Don’t Give a F*@k tasting menu (where they handle everything), order directly from their menu or track down the illusive Maple & Ash Food Truck for lobster rolls…you’re going to have an experience. So sit back, relax and scroll down for the highlights. One of my favorites was their take on a seafood tower, instead of a traditional preparation, it’s served HOT…drenched in a lemony garlicky buttery situation. Make sure to ask for the pasta back, it’s off menu, but you simply can’t miss out on it. House made pasta is mixed into the seafood and its magical sauce.
Fresh seafood, house-made pasta and baked potatoes stuffed with caviar are complimented by gram-grade steaks (link this insane 42 oz. Tomahawk Steak, shown below). If you haven’t already left your home to go get some there’s still dessert. I still need to try their Sundae Service, but flambeed bananas over ice cream and a chocolate creation were mind blowing good. Yes, we had that too.
However, it’s not every day you encounter an elevated food truck. Queue the Maple & Ash Food Truck. Among their outrageous wares, a lobster roll with the meat from an entire lobster on each sandwich…THE ENTIRE LOBSTER.
