SumoMaya is one of our favorite spots in Scottsdale. The combination of Mexican and Asian flavors will redefine your thoughts on fusion cuisines. Not only is the food incredible, but the interior design is on point. Large trees are set against modern art and furniture, while electronic music delivers the perfect vibe. I've included some of our favorite dishes below, but do not miss out on the Wagyu dish. I dream about it!
